Guidelines

1.     Tour Cancellation: Samarpith Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour under unforeseen circumstances to ensure the welfare and safety of the guests.

2.     Guest Acceptance: The company holds the right to accept or reject any guest for the tour. Additionally, the company can terminate a tour even after it has commenced if deemed necessary.

3.     Personal Expenses: Guests are responsible for all personal expenses, including camera charges and any costs not listed under "inclusions" in their tour confirmation.

4.     Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited during the tours.

​

5.     Dress Code for Temple Visits: Guests are required to wear modest clothing when visiting temples. Access to temples may be denied if clothing does not cover shoulders and knees.

​

6.     Non-Hindu Guests: Guests who are not Hindus might be restricted from entering the inner sanctum of temples where the deity is housed.

​

7.     Use of Photographs and Videos: The company may use photographs and videos featuring guests taken during tours for its website and promotional materials.

Pricing & Payment Mode

1.     Pricing for bespoke tours will be provided via email after receiving the desired itinerary and the number of guests.

2.     An invoice will be raised and mailed to the guests upon their confirmation.

3.     Payment can be made via an accepted payment gateway.

Privacy Policy:

• Free cancellation if made more than 7 days before the tour.

• 50% refund if canceled within 4 days of the tour.

• No cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours of the tour.

• ​Refunds will be processed within 5 to 8 business working days.

Accuracy of Information:

1.     The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided by the guide during the tour. Guests rely on this information at their own risk.

2.     The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, liability, or expense incurred from using such information, including any fault, error, omission, interruption, or delay.

Tour Timing:

1.     The Company does not guarantee exact arrival and departure times for the tours.

2.     The Company is not liable for missed connections or any expenses incurred due to changes in the arrival or departure timing of the tours.

Liability:

1.     The Company and/or its representatives assume no liability for loss of life, personal injuries, or property damages to the Guest arising from any events during the tour, except where caused by the Company's fault or negligence and where such liability is imposed by law.

Indemnity:

1.     Participants agree to indemnify the Company against any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from the conduct of any Participants in the tour. This includes any claims alleging facts that would constitute a breach of these terms and conditions by the Participant.

Third-Party Services:

1.     The Company will use reasonable efforts to procure the best services from third-party agents such as hotels, restaurants, vehicles, drivers, and other suppliers.

2.     These service providers are independent contractors, and the Company is not liable for any personal damage, loss of life, property, or expenses incurred due to any act or omission by such hotels, restaurants, vehicles, drivers, or other suppliers.
